Unmask Harper

After months of restoration work, Harper House is ready for its official reveal! The Historical Association of Catawba County invites the community to save the date for Friday, October 30, as we officially “Unmask Harper” with a special celebration marking the completion of the extensive restoration efforts.

In keeping with the spirit of the evening, guests will be encouraged to wear a mask and join in the fun as we celebrate the next chapter in the life of this treasured historic home.

Additional details about the “Unmasking Harper” celebration, including event times and activities, will be announced soon.

“We are thrilled to welcome the community back to Harper House,” said Susan Holbrook, Executive Director of the Historical Association of Catawba County. “This restoration represents an investment not only in a beautiful historic property, but in preserving the stories and history of Hickory for generations to come. We can’t wait to open the doors, welcome everyone back, and celebrate together on October 30.”
